Shipping and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ft.! We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. This Shipping and Return Policy explains the terms and conditions related to shipping, delivery, and returns for products purchased from our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

01. Merchant Payment Terms of Service

1.1 Currency

All products’ prices will be denominated in Malaysia Ringgit (RM).

1.2  Payment Gateway

Feat Creative Studio will be using Stripe as our current Payment Gateway.

1.3 Payment methods

Credit Card or Debit Card

You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard). The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your card but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched. Feat Creative Studio reserves the right to check the validity of the card and its status in relation to the order value and whether the address data of purchaser is correct. We reserve the right to refuse orders depending on the checking results.

02. Shipping Information

2.1 Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

International

We are currently not offering international shipping outside of Malaysia. However, you may contact us at contact@feat.my to arrange for international shipping at your request. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and additional fees may apply for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be assessed by the customs authorities in your country.

03. Delivery

3.1 Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We will not be held responsible for any delays or wrong delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

3.2 Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, if available. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website or by contacting their customer service.

3.3 Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please understand that delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or logistical issues with the shipping carrier. We will make every effort to keep you informed about any significant delays and work towards a resolution.

04. Returns and Exchanges

4.1 Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Certain products, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, and personalized or customized items, may not be eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product does not meet our eligibility criteria.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within the specified time frame. They will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions. Please note that you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Orders are not cancellable once items are “In Process” or “Delivered”.

4.2 Refunds and Store Credits

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. In certain cases, store credits may be offered as an alternative to refunds.

Feat Creative Studio reserves the rights to decline a return should the Return and Refund policy is not complied.

4.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants
  • Intimate or sanitary items, including health and personal care products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards

4.4 Colors and Measurements

We make all reasonable efforts to perform the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The colors displayed is depending on the types of devices, and there is no guarantee that the color display is accurate.

A product’s measurements given on Feat Creative Studio (if applicable) is provided by Artists/Creators and are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the specific item, and not a definite guarantee of the actual measurement of the item you received. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in its production.

4.5 Damaged or Defective Products

Inspection upon Delivery: It is essential to inspect the delivered products immediately upon receipt. If you notice any damage or defects, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We may require photographic evidence or other documentation to assess the issue.

Resolution: Depending on the circumstances, we will either arrange for a replacement, repair, or issue a refund for the damaged or defective product. Our customer support team will guide you through the resolution process.

4.6 Damaged or Mishandling by courier services

Please note that any damage or loss caused by courier services is beyond our control, and we are unable to assume responsibility or liability. It is important to file any damage claims directly with the courier service involved.
